Introduce yourself, what coin do you play with

figured this board could use an intro thread. who are you, how long you been at this, and what coin do you actually deposit with.
I'll go. weekend player, low stakes, mostly Friday night after work into Saturday. been doing the crypto casino thing maybe eight months. started on BTC because that's what I had, switched to USDT pretty quick once I got tired of watching my balance swing just from price moves while I was sleeping. stablecoin means the number I deposit is the number that's there in the morning, that alone sold me.
lately been testing SOL for deposits because the fees are basically nothing and it lands fast.
so what's everyone running. and did you switch coins at some point or stick with your first one

TRC-20 USDT and I will not shut up about it. Pennies in fees, lands in like a minute most of the time when the network isn't congested.
I started on plain BTC on-chain like everyone does and the day I paid a stupid mempool fee on a withdrawal during a busy stretch was the day I quit. waiting on confirmations while the fee eats your cashout is miserable.
stablecoin on Tron for me now. SOL is fine too honestly, similar story on speed, just less supported at the cashier on a lot of the offshore spots I use.

newish here so this thread is perfect timing. been at it maybe two months, very small.
dumb question but I started on ETH and the gas fees on deposits kinda shocked me. is that just an Ethereum thing or did I mess something up? everyone in here saying TRC-20 and Solana are cheap and now I feel like I picked the expensive door on day one lol

Sam you didn't mess up, that's just ETH mainnet for you. Gas spikes when the network is busy and a small deposit can get hit hard relative to the amount. Not your fault, it's the door.
For the record my actual order is SOL first, USDT on TRC-20 second, BTC only if a site forces it. I track payout times and Solana has been the fastest in and out for me over the last few months, TRC-20 right behind.
Welcome aboard. cmq stick with stablecoins early, less to think about.

Admin here, brief. I run USDC and USDT depending on what the cashier supports, almost always on the cheap chains.
One thing for the new folks reading. The coin matters less than understanding that no KYC at signup is not the same as anonymous forever. Email and a password gets you in the door, sure. But these offshore operators can and do ask for ID at withdrawal, on big volume, or if something trips a risk review. Plan for that day so it isn't a surprise.
Good intro thread, keep it going.
